We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unopened, with original tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Wrong Items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used personal care and beauty products
- Medicines, vitamins, and dietary supplements (once opened)
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized orders
- Hazardous materials
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original (once accepted) and place a new order separately.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary by bank or card issuer.
