Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Areas
We deliver across all Egyptian governorates.
Delivery Timeframe
- Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
- Other governorates: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary based on your governorate:
- Starting from EGP 70 for Cairo & Giza
- Up to EGP 160 for remote governorates
Exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details where available.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional fees may apply.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
